The apartment is good enough for me but "Stephan" and dad have a problem with it because there are no closets, since we have a lot of clothes and now we have to buy those laundry closets, but half of "Stephan's" money is going into the apartment or broker's fee.
Dad's money is going to the apartment, so we're going to have problems with food storage.
