I took Shea to the vet and the doctor told me that she has tumors and he can't save her, he was going to give me meds to make her death painless, but I couldn't afford it, the nurse gave me an bitchy attitude because of it and everyone was staring at me when I left.
My heart is broken, my depression is coming back and I feel hollow and so full of pain.
I FUCKING HATE THIS!!!

I want to cremate her and keep the ashes, but I don't have the money to have it done when she dies.

Saving Shea

In the bottom of this blog, there is a link to my store, a site I created to sell my things to afford taking my cat to the vet.
Click on Shea's pic and it will take you there.

Happy Birthday to my big bro "Stephan".
He turns 36 today.
Last night, he went clubbing with "Edgar" and "Daisy", came home tonight and had cake with our brother "Alex", sister-in-law "Rachel" , Lil "Ron", and Pa.
He got a card with a $20 in it from them.
Too bad we're starving, since we're broke (surprise, surprise) and "Stephan's" going to have to spend his $20 on food tomorrow.

April 1, 2011

I think there's something wrong with my cat Shea. Ever since our eviction adventure and force to live in my brother's basement.
Since Shea had to stay in the basement for the three months we live there, I never noticed she was getting skinner.
When the day came for us to move out, we notice the change. She's so skinny, you can see and feel her spine and ribs. That's never happened before.
She was eating, so I don't think she was starving herself.
I think she's sick.
She sleeps more than she ever did, she hasn't gain more weight. Even her purring sounds weird, she whistles in her purrs.
When we lived in Middle Village, she was livey and playful.
She would run around the place like a lunatic. We raised her with the freedom to run and explore wherever she wanted and being forced to stay in a crowded basement, I think depressed her.
She's not the same.
She's so sad looking, I'm scared that by the time "Stephan" or I get jobs to afford to take her to the vet, whatever that is wrong will kill her.

I think maybe the reason she's like this is maybe she's homesick or she has a tapeworm.

Can someone help me?
