Looks like there is no God since we are fucked up.
My dad fucked up!
He agreed to Nelly's lawyer contract.
This is the verdict he agreed on:
1. We got until Nov 30Th to move out.
2. He has to pay rent for October.
3. She gets to keep the security deposit.
He should of just bend over while at it.
If he wants an extension, she gets to waive the agreement that he (Dad) has to pay the two rents for August and September.
In the contract, she is willing to let go of those two months as long as my dad agreed to the terms of the contract, I mentioned, but if he asks for that extension, she can waive the agreement about those two rents.
We are fucked!
