"Stephan" and dad went to court yesterday to file for a stay eviction order.
We have to go to court on December 6(Monday).
"Stephan" needs to find a lawyer.
UPDATE
"Stephan" and Dad went to court and I'm afraid to know what happened.
I'm freaking out because they came home at 11:30 am and the time to be at the court began at 9:30 am.
That's so not good.
We have to move on the 31st of December, or by this Friday if my dad doesn't pay rent on that day.
He asked my brother "Alex" for the rent which is $900 bucks and it looks like he won't do it.
He blames us for not making our father more responsible with his money, if you ever have the unfortunate time to spend with my dad you would know that it is impossible to do so.
My dad has the emotion of an toddler, the responsibility of an teenager, and the rules of adulthood mentality.
We are homeless until we can get $900 dollars to save us!
